Does the candidate need to install anything?
No. The interview runs in a modern browser on a laptop or desktop: a link, a passcode and a quick device check. No app, no account.
How does the AI choose its questions?
From your job description, the candidate's résumé and, if you add one, your own question set. It follows up on each answer to probe for depth, the way a good interviewer would.
Which languages are supported?
The Indian interviewer speaks English and 10 Indian languages; the Western interviewer speaks US, UK, Canadian and Australian English. You choose per interview.
How quickly is the report ready?
Usually within minutes of the interview ending. It holds a verdict, six scores out of 10, the evidence for each, speech metrics, every question and answer, and the transcript.
Can we review the interview ourselves?
Yes. Recorded interview types keep the screen, camera and audio for playback (30 or 40 days, depending on the plan), alongside the full transcript.
How is cheating prevented?
Proctored interviews verify the candidate's face before joining, require full-screen sharing, and watch for tab switches, extra faces, copy and paste, developer tools and more, each logged on a timeline.
How does billing work?
Credits for the booked time are held when you schedule. After the interview you are charged for the exact seconds used, and the rest returns to your balance. No-shows and failures on our side cost nothing.
Can it connect to our ATS?
Yes. Plans with API access get a REST API, signed webhooks when a report is ready, and can embed the candidate interview in their own website.
